Information we collect

Your cookie setting, which stays on your own device.
From your browser on each visit: IP address, a rough location estimated from that address, user agent, pages opened and the page that sent you here.
Anything you write to us by email or via the contact form: name, email address, subject and message.

Purposes

Keeping enchantedcourts online and protected, replying to people who write in, to measure use of the site (analytics, only with consent) and to attribute bookings and measure marketing (advertising/affiliate, only with consent).

Australian privacy law

The Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) govern how Morris Group Pty Ltd treats personal information here. Ask us and we will show you, or fix, what we hold about you. If our reply does not settle things, you may take a complaint to the Australian Information Commissioner’s office (OAIC) through oaic.gov.au.

Visitors in the EU, EEA and UK (GDPR)

Our legal bases are consent (analytics and advertising cookies), legitimate interests (security and basic operation) and steps you ask us to take (replying to you). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Californians may ask which categories and items of personal information we hold, request deletion or correction, and refuse any sale or sharing of it for targeted ads. enchantedcourts reads any Global Privacy Control signal as that refusal too. Using a right never changes the service you receive.

Sharing

We share limited data with hosting and analytics providers and, with consent, with affiliate and partner networks that need to know a booking came from our link. Some providers may process data outside Australia; we expect them to protect it to a comparable standard.

Retention

Emails and form messages are erased 24 months after the last exchange unless the law makes us keep them longer. Analytics survive only as totals. Your cookie setting sits on your device until you remove it.

Minors

Nobody under 18 should use enchantedcourts. Should a child’s details arrive regardless, write to privacy@enchantedcourts.com and we remove them.
