Enchanted Courts is a small editorial project, and the inbox is read by the people who write it. Messages are usually answered within a few working days.
Write to editor@enchantedcourts.com for anything to do with the index. There is no phone line and no live chat, and we would rather keep it that way than staff one badly.
What to write about
Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a detail in an entry is wrong, out of date, or describes a facility that has since closed, tell us what it says and what it should say, and we will check it and amend the page.
Suggestions are welcome too. If you know a hotel that genuinely belongs in one of the four categories, say which category and why. We read every suggestion; we add very few, because the index is meant to stay small.
If you work for a property listed here and something in our description misrepresents the building, please get in touch and we will look at it on the same terms as any other correction.
What we cannot do
We cannot take, change or cancel a reservation, because we do not handle reservations at all. We hold no booking records, cannot see your stay, and cannot pass a message to a hotel's front desk on your behalf. For anything to do with an actual booking, contact the hotel or the provider you booked through.
We also do not accept payment for inclusion, placement or wording. Offers of that kind will not get a reply.
