Privacy Policy

This is a short policy because the site does very little with your data.

What is collected

When you load a page, our host records the ordinary technical information any web server records: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs keep the site running and let us spot abuse. They are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

We may use a basic, aggregate analytics measure to see which pages are read. It tells us page counts, not identities. If you email us, we hold your message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with it.

What is not collected

There are no accounts, no logins and no user profiles. We do not ask for payment details, because nothing is sold here. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell, rent or trade any information about visitors to anyone, for any purpose.

Cookies

The site does not rely on cookies for anything you do here. Any cookie set by an analytics measure is non-essential, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser without losing access to a single page on this site.

Opting out and getting in touch

Browser-level controls — blocking cookies, sending a do-not-track signal, or using private browsing — are the simplest way to opt out of measurement. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask at editor@enchantedcourts.com and we will remove it.
